The south facing villa is in a quiet side street. So you have complete privacy at the pool and sunbathing a beautiful view of the Bonnie Canal. The Walmart Neighborhood can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is quick both on the small beach of Cape Coral, as well as the nearest golf course or in the direction of Fort Myers for a trip. In the morning after when you arrive later, you will visit our German / English speaking property management for a brief introduction and the electricity meters will be read.

The most beautiful area is of course the terrace (lanai) with heatable pool and separate heatable whirlpool in southern exposure. The entry is easy via large stairs. The pool can be lit up in the evening. Comfortable loungers are available for relaxing. Beach towels are sufficiently in the house. A fine-meshed mosquito repellent (cage) surrounds the entire pool area and ensures trouble-free enjoyment. In the covered part, a large gas grill at the dining area ensures typical American delights. A ceiling fan allows for a cool breeze in the summer months.
The open plan living concept with a modern dining area and a combined office space with playability through the table football offers plenty of space for the whole family. In the dining area is a separate china cabinet with a Pfaltzgraff dining service, placemats and WMF cutlery for 6 people.
A high-performance Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the house, and the HP multifunction device can be reached via the WLAN.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a large fridge with ice cube maker. Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, egg cups, baking pans, Pizzablech and casserole dishes are of course. Sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, Tefalpfannen and pots were procured in 2017 new and allow for 6 people at any time dining pleasure. For the terrace a shatterproof, high quality service with drinking cups is available. Also, of course, for the evening cocktail hour with a high-quality mixer or for the enjoyment of a glass of wine or sparkling wine everything available.
For the evening hours with a modern sectional sofa, stool and an elegant seat with reading lamp (with USB port for charging) and a 50 "LED TV everything to pass the time.

The ensiute bathroom immediately adjacent to the master Bedroom has 2 separate sinks, hair dryer, a large shower with overhead and hand shower and an oval bath The separate toilet has a window.
The second bedroom is furnished in the maritime style and deliberately we have here waived a TV.
Of course, a large chest of drawers and a closet is available.
Throughout the house there are German and English books for the holiday reading.
We also have an extra baby crib and of course 2 kids high chairs and crockery for smaller children
Pool bath - access is also possible directly from the terrace with a large walk-in shower (rain shower/separate hand shower) and porcelain shower tray (renovated in 2019).
Ideal for families with children - they don't have to get wet all over the house, but can go straight into this bathroom! There is also a step for children so that the washbasin can also be reached.
There are also enough towels for everyone and, of course, another hair dryer.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished in Bohemian style and has a 48 "LED TV.
Also here are a dresser and a large closet available.
If the laundry ends on vacation, the new washing machine or dryer will help.
There is also a bagless vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment.
Of course, also through the property management on site, a special cleaning in between (for a separate fee) are organized.
The laundry leads into the large double garage.
There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and several cool boxes for the beach visit.
